Hi! My name is April and I’ve always had a heart for women’s ministries. I grew up in church but I’ve been heavily involved with women’s ministries in the past for 18 years. I recently left my church that I had attended for 20 years and moved from my hometown that I grew up in; I found a new home church, and I’ve decided to try out blogging. My goal is to make meaningful connections and share God’s word with you!
Proverbs 16:24 says, “Gracious words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones..” I love this verse as it reminds me that there is nothing sweeter than God’s word. It’s comforting and healing to our souls. This is the reason I chose “Fount of Honey” as the name of my blog.
As I said I’ve grown up in church my whole life. I met my husband Rob of 28 years in church that we met and married in. We have a wonderful daughter, Anne, who also has a heart to serve the Lord in church.
Few of my favorite things to do are baking, decorating, crafts and to be involved in the church.
